Through close collaboration between SIG SAUER, Inc., AMEXCI, and MP-Sec International AB, the first SIG SAUER suppressor has been manufactured and assembled in Sweden. The collaboration combines SIG SAUER\u2019s global expertise in defence technology with AMEXCI\u2019s and MP-Sec\u2019s Swedish industrial and technical experience. This creates opportunities to develop local manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise, while also contributing to more resilient supply chains within the European defence industry. <\/p>\n\n

Sweden is playing an increasingly important role in European and NATO defence, and the development of Sweden\u2019s defence industry is an important part of strengthening Europe\u2019s overall defence capability.<\/p>\n\n

For MP-Sec, this represents a significant milestone and a clear example of the value of long-term collaboration between international defence manufacturers and Swedish industry.<\/p>\n\n

A Long-Term Partnership with Ambitious Goals<\/h3>\n\n

The partnership includes an exclusive collaboration on suppressors for the SIG SAUER Light Machine Gun, as well as broader military modernisation programmes across the Nordic region.<\/p>\n\n
