Hydrate or die.

Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function properly. Sip it. Drink a little, often. This is especially important during exercise, when working with an increased load and/or in extreme weather. That goes for snow, too – the cold often make the body forget it’s thirsty.
